Furniture Deals grants or implies no warranties of performance on any products. All warranties provided are manufacturers’ warranties and, excluding mattresses, are valid for 1 year from the original date of pick up/delivery. Mattress warranties vary by manufacturer and style. Warranty paperwork is typically included in the packaging of the product. To submit a request for review of a possible warranty claim, please contact the Furniture Deals Warranty Department at 913-312-3325 or click on the Warranty Service Request link below. Furniture Deals will charge delivery and/or pick up fees if incurred while handling the manufacturers’ warranty claim.
Manufacturers’ warranties protect against defects in workmanship or materials. They do not include the following:
The most common concern with a mattress is body impressions. It is normal for your mattress to begin forming body impressions after use. It is designed to conform to your body. Whether a pillow top, foam, plush, or firm, the settling of the mattress top will conform to your body contours and are considered normal. A defective impression is when the measurement exceeds the factory’s warranty specifications.
Delivery fees will be applied to the order if Furniture Deals performs the delivery and/or pickup of a mattress under the warranty conditions. These will be the regular delivery fees for your area.
